We are a UAE-based AI data center manufacturer, building modular capacity for organizations running AI training, inference, and other high-performance computing workloads. Our factory-built Podules integrate power, cooling, fire protection, and monitoring into a single tested system before they ever reach the site, so commissioning risk gets resolved in the factory rather than on a live deployment.
The UAE has committed to running 50% of federal government services on agentic AI within two years, backed by a new Artificial Intelligence and Data Authority formed in June 2026 to unify national AI, data, and digital government standards. This calls for infrastructure that can be deployed rapidly, is compliant, and can be located close to the data source.
National planning is also shifting in how this compute actually gets housed. Instead of one large, centralized cloud data center, the secure method would be to deploy a distributed network of smaller sites spread across the country, each engineered for redundant power, cooling, and structural resilience.
That model maps closely onto how PodTech builds: factory-tested Podules that replicate across multiple locations in parallel, rather than a single build tied to one location. For entities executing on the national AI programme, it means capacity can come online site by site, positioned near where government data is actually generated and processed, instead of every agency waiting on one flagship facility to reach completion.
Federal agencies have a two-year window to migrate operations to agentic AI.
Agentic AI systems making live decisions on permits, services, and public operations need compute near the point of use.
With AI, data, and digital government now under one federal authority, infrastructure standards are consolidating too.
Energy, logistics, & tourism are named priority sectors in the UAE's AI strategy. These sectors need distributed operations by nature.
Built to scale capacity to meet workloads when needed. Units can be added on, phase by phase, as demand increases.
Our AI data center is rapidly deployable, within 6-8 months (including long lead item delivery timelines). They are portable, so compute can go wherever the AI workload is.
Cooling is customized to the AI workload’s density, staying stable in extreme UAE climates.
The gap between investment and output is shortened, yielding faster returns on invested capital.
Renewable energy resources can be designed into the architecture. Efficient cooling methods are used to maintain PUE levels at 1.2 or below.
Prefabricated and factory-tested before arriving at the location, providing maximum quality to perform 24/7 operations.
Traditional AI data center construction in the UAE runs into a plethora of problems, which include long build timelines, extreme heat, and evolving compliance standards.
PodTech solves this by manufacturing prefabricated data centers that are tested before they arrive, so on-site construction time and unexpected delays are minimal. They’re engineered to meet up to IP68-rated standards for the UAE’s heat and humidity. The external wall is 120-minute fire-rated by Dubai Civil Defense, along with additional fire suppression systems like VESDA and clean chemical agents (Novec 1230, FM-200).
PodTech uses custom cooling solutions engineered to meet the application of the data center. To handle higher heat densities of AI/HPC workloads, liquid, direct-to-chip, immersion cooling, etc., are integrated. Renewable energy resources are also capable of being engineered into the design to achieve your sustainability mandates. Each design accounts for local climate conditions.
Although PodTech is capable of building their infrastructure or the shell within the span of a few weeks or a month, when considering the delivery timelines of long-lead internal components and equipment, a full unit can be manufactured and provided for deployment within 6-8 months.
Podule’s modular architecture lets you add pods as demand grows, rather than re-engineering the facility each time capacity needs increasing. This keeps your HPC data center aligned to actual workload growth instead of a fixed, one-time build.
It depends on your timeline and use case. A traditional data center can offer more customization for highly specific requirements but takes longer to plan and construct with various on-site challenges. A traditional build is generally best suited for large-capacity data centers that are expected to be deployed years later.
A modular solution like Podule gets AI/HPC infrastructure running faster and scales incrementally as demand grows, while being engineered for UAE conditions. Modular units are better for predictable returns and shorter project timelines.
