THE STEEL FRAME
One Frame. Every Direction.
At the core of every Podule is a precision-engineered modular steel frame. This frame is what makes Podtech genuinely different from other prefabricated data center solutions. Where most modular builds give you a fixed enclosure, the Podtech frame gives you a platform. This infrastructure grows with your operations rather than capping them.
One of the most practical expressions of this is vertical scalability. The frame supports internal heights from 2.5 meters up to 3 meters. That may sound like a small difference, but in a data center environment it opens up meaningful options: taller racks, better airflow clearance, and the ability to accommodate higher-density hardware without redesigning the enclosure. You specify the height that fits your workload, and the frame is built to match.
Beyond height, the frame is built for horizontal and vertical expansion at scale. Horizontally, Podules interconnect to form multi-pod campuses, growing from a single 40-foot unit to a configuration housing 24 or more racks. Each new unit integrates with the cluster. Your infrastructure grows as your data demands grow, without the delays of a traditional build cycle.
Vertically, Podtech’s G+1 capability lets you stack a second Podule directly on top of the first, doubling compute capacity on the same footprint. This is a genuine advantage in dense urban environments, on constrained sites, or anywhere land is expensive. The structure is seismically rated, handles wind loads and thermal stress, and carries roof-mounted cooling equipment at both levels without compromise.
The Smarter Way to Scale Data Center Infrastructure
Height Flexibility: 2.5m to 3m
Configure your internal height to match rack specifications and airflow requirements. Taller clearance supports larger hardware and more efficient thermal management without changing the footprint.
Vertical Expansion (G+1)
Stack a second Podule directly above the first. Same footprint, double the compute. Ideal for urban sites where land is limited but demand keeps growing.
Horizontal Expansion
Connect multiple Podules side by side into a unified multi-pod campus. Scale from a single unit to a full facility on demand, without disrupting live operations.
Seismic and Wind-Load Rated
The frame performs in geologically active and climatically demanding environments, making the Podule deployable across diverse international sites without site-specific re-engineering.
SCALE ON DEMAND
From a Single Unit to a Global Footprint
Single-Pod
A self-contained unit with all the infrastructure for immediate operational needs. Perfect for edge deployments, enterprise server rooms, or organisations taking their first step into modular infrastructure. A standard 40-foot Podule supports configurations such as 10kW across 6 racks, and it is fully operational from the moment it arrives on-site.
Multi-Pod
Interconnected clusters that scale with your data demands. Multiple Podules link into unified campuses with shared cooling, power, and networking, growing to configurations like 10kW across 24 racks and well beyond. Every additional Podule integrates cleanly into the existing cluster, with no disruption to what is already live.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything You Wanted to Know About the Podule
01
What exactly is a Podule?
01
What exactly is a Podule?A Podule is a fully built, factory-tested modular data center. It comes with everything already inside — power, cooling, fire suppression, security, cabling, and IT infrastructure. By the time it arrives at your site, it is ready to switch on. Think of it as a complete data center that happens to come in a prefabricated, deployable format.
02
How quickly can a Podule be deployed?
02
How quickly can a Podule be deployed?Because every system is pre-installed and tested at the factory, deployment is significantly faster than a traditional data center build. There is no waiting on multiple contractors, no on-site assembly, and no delays from coordinating separate vendors. Once the unit arrives, it is operational.
03
Can a Podule handle AI and GPU workloads?
03
Can a Podule handle AI and GPU workloads?Yes. The Podule is designed with high-density compute in mind. The cooling systems, power architecture, and rack configurations are all built to support GPU-heavy workloads, including AI training, inference, and large language model deployment. The internal height is also scalable from 2.5 to 3 metres, giving you the clearance for taller, denser hardware setups.
04
Can I expand my Podule as my business grows?
04
Can I expand my Podule as my business grows?Absolutely. Podules are built to scale in two directions. Horizontally, you can connect additional units side by side to grow your campus. Vertically, Podtech’s G+1 capability lets you stack a second Podule directly on top of the first, doubling capacity without taking up more land. You can start small and grow at your own pace.
05
How does the Podule perform in extreme weather?
05
How does the Podule perform in extreme weather? The Podule is IP68-certified, meaning it is rated for dust and water ingress at levels far beyond typical outdoor exposure. The multi-layer wall structure — including Rock Wool insulation and Aluminum Composite Panels — provides advanced thermal containment in both hot and cold climates. It is also seismically designed, so it holds up in geologically active regions too.
06
What fire safety systems are included?
06
What fire safety systems are included?Fire safety is built into the structure itself. The walls carry 120-minute fire-rated Rock Wool insulation, certified by Dubai Civil Defence, and the panels have 60-minute fire retardant integrity. Inside, VESDA early-detection systems identify smoke at the microscopic level before a fire can develop. Clean agent suppression using FM200, Novec 1230, or Oxyreduct puts out fires without leaving any residue that could damage your hardware.
07
Do you sell individual data center components?
