Traditional AI data center construction in the UAE runs into a plethora of problems, which include long build timelines, extreme heat, and evolving compliance standards.

PodTech solves this by manufacturing prefabricated data centers that are tested before they arrive, so on-site construction time and unexpected delays are minimal. They’re engineered to meet up to IP68-rated standards for the UAE’s heat and humidity. The external wall is 120-minute fire-rated by Dubai Civil Defense, along with additional fire suppression systems like VESDA and clean chemical agents (Novec 1230, FM-200).

To handle higher heat densities of AI/HPC workloads, liquid, direct-to-chip, immersion cooling, etc., are integrated.
